Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Algomaze ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Use License
Algomaze grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
- Use automated systems to access the App without permission
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Algomaze, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Algomaze and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of any mazes, configurations, or other content you create using the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant Algomaze a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Algomaze does not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algomaze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Algomaze, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Algomaze operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Algomaze regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
